2013 NFL Draft Order: Picks 1-20 Set

Week 17 is officially in the books, which means that the 2013 NFL Draft season can unofficially commence.  With the top 20 picks now set, the task of draft-pick prognostics has a solid framework, allowing us draftniks to get started on projecting next year’s top prospects and where they might end up on Sundays.
